16 Hours of Support
Following the birth of baby, 2 weeks of support including:
1 day shifts (4 hours)/week
1 evening shift (4 hours)/week (Or a Meal and Snack Delivery +1 Hour shift)

32 Hours of Support
From the birth of baby to 2 weeks postpartum include:
2 daytime shifts (4 hours)/week (or optional Meal/one shift)
2 evening shifts (4 hours)/week (Or a Meal and Snack Delivery +1 Hour shift)

64 Hours of Support
Beginning after the birth of your baby and up until 4 weeks postpartum includes:
2 daytime shifts (4 hours)/week (or optional Meal/one shift)
2 evening shifts (4 hours)/week (Or a Meal and Snack Delivery +1 Hour shift)

Daytime hours (between 8am and 4pm) $35/hour (+GST)
Evening Hours (4pm-9pm) $37/hour (+GST)
Overnight (between 9pm and 8am) $40/hour* (+GST)
Overnight postpartum hours are very limited due to demand.
We do support Multiples (twins/triplets) for an additional fee per hour!
PostPartum PAckages
Every postpartum package includes light house work, food/snack prep, newborn care and support, emotional support, newborn care techniques, professional referrals and so much more.
Every postpartum package also includes a 2 hour “nesting” day before the birth to prep your brain and home for the new baby.
We all have heard of and attended baby showers, where everyone and their dog shows up to shower a new/soon to be mama with love gifts and treats- but leaves the clean up.
But have you heard of a NESTING PARTY, where everyone comes to shower mama with a clean house, stocked fridge and kind words. A party to celebrate Mama and all the hard work she has done!
