  • Following the birth of baby, 2 weeks of support including:

    • 1 day shifts (4 hours)/week

    • 1 evening shift (4 hours)/week (Or a Meal and Snack Delivery +1 Hour shift)

  • From the birth of baby to 2 weeks postpartum include:

    • 2 daytime shifts (4 hours)/week (or optional Meal/one shift)

    • 2 evening shifts (4 hours)/week (Or a Meal and Snack Delivery +1 Hour shift)

  • Beginning after the birth of your baby and up until 4 weeks postpartum includes:

    • 2 daytime shifts (4 hours)/week (or optional Meal/one shift)

    • 2 evening shifts (4 hours)/week (Or a Meal and Snack Delivery +1 Hour shift)

Every postpartum package includes light house work, food/snack prep, newborn care and support, emotional support, newborn care techniques, professional referrals and so much more. Every postpartum package also includes a 2 hour “nesting” day before the birth to prep your brain and home for the new baby.
